ViewGate takes an access code and returns metered playback. It does not process payments, does not contain a shop, and does not care what platform surrounds it — so it drops into a site you already have.
Issuing a code is the store's job, and any store can do it in one HTTP call — WooCommerce, Shopify, Payload, or a person issuing a gift by hand.
One view or one day. Counted on play or after a threshold. Device limits, resume windows, link lifetimes. A new client is a preset, not a project.
Playback runs on a signed link with a short life, with no download path and the buyer's email watermarked in. No system stops a phone pointed at a screen — this makes leaks traceable.
Nothing is stored twice. Views, time remaining and watch totals are all derived from one append-only log, which is why "who watched, and when" costs nothing to answer.
