No. You keep the full sale price. We charge a flat monthly fee and nothing else — no commission, no per-transaction charge. Your payment provider's own fees are between you and them, exactly as they are today.
No, and most people do not. Your site keeps selling the way it does now; it just sends the buyer an access code afterwards. WordPress, Shopify, a custom build, or even an invoice you mark as paid by hand — all of them work.
There is no download option, and playback links stop working within minutes, so a copied link is useless almost immediately. Each viewer's email is also marked into the picture. We will be straight with you: no system on earth stops someone pointing a phone at their screen. What we do is make casual copying pointless and any leak traceable.
Playback stops and they see a clear message explaining why, with a way to buy again. If their access ends while they are part-way through, they are not cut off mid-sentence — a viewing that has already started is allowed to finish.
Time your audience genuinely spends watching. A paused tab does not count, and neither does a video sitting open in the background. If someone watches a 30-minute session twice, that is one hour.
Nothing breaks and nothing switches off. You will see it on your dashboard as it happens, and extra usage is charged at R10 per additional GB and R2 per additional viewing hour — never more than simply moving up a plan would have cost. If you are regularly over, we will tell you to upgrade rather than quietly bill you.
Storage is the only real limit, and a plan's allowance is shown in hours as well as gigabytes so you can judge it. Very long or very high-quality recordings use more room — if you are publishing full-day workshops, talk to us first and we will size it properly with you.
Entirely. You own your recordings and your customer list. We store and serve your videos so you can sell them; we do not licence them, market them, or show them to anyone you have not given a code. Leave whenever you like and take everything with you.
Yes. Help is remote — by email, with AI assistance built into the product — and we answer on every plan. Setting up, moving an existing library, or anything custom is quoted separately, so you only pay for hands-on work if you actually want it.
